Is This the Sea or the Desert?
[Life with Karamatsu had always been quite a wild ride for Weiss. Sure, he's still kind of a painful mess that just stayed home, but that was fine, right? House husbands exist, so house boyfriends should be perfectly alright as well! So long as there was love and understanding, then she's fine with it.
...at least, it's what she thought for the first few months or so; she heads over to the couch and plunks down right beside him.]
Karamatsu?
[Weiss bites the bottom of her lip for a moment while her hands grip at the fabric of her skirt. It'd be a lie to say that she didn't have any doubts. There are some habits of his which have started to grate her nerves just a tad more. Was he even trying to get better, or is he just the same? She can't even tell anymore.
Even worse were those thoughts where she wonders if she's either still loves him or if it's some weird form of pity. They were occasional at first, coming and going just like that because they were pretty silly! But, as the year ends, they've popped up more and more. Some she even dwells on for some time, even it leaves her being a bit distant, even though she doesn't want to.
God, bottling up feelings sucks. Hell, she should know better!! Yet, what could she do?]
We need to talk.
